The working principle of the safety light curtain: Infrared light are emitted by transmitter and received by the receiver to form a protective light curtain. For safety light curtain, it has requirement for ambient humidity and temperature, because most equipment will generate a lot of heat when it is running. Some of the equipment that that generate a lot of heat will reach 60 to 70 degrees. 

Under normal circumstances, the safety light curtain can be used at a temperature about 60 degree. When the ambient 

temperature exceeds 60 degree, when purchasing and using the light curtain, please make it clear to the manufacturer of safety light curtain. They will ensure sturdy of shell, and do waterproof dust-proof and has the function of temperature regulation. It is not affected by high temperature or low temperature, and can work stably and effectively in harsh environments.
